4. AI Interview Prep System Data Use
Because the core of our Service is personalized AI interview prep, it is important to be transparent about how your data powers that experience:
- Context loading: When you use the Explain stage or receive test feedback, we provide the AI model with relevant context including your pattern context, readiness score, previous session history, and learning loop stage completion data. This is necessary to deliver a consistent, personalized interview prep experience.
- Third-party AI providers: We use third-party AI model providers (such as large language model APIs) to generate test questions, Socratic responses, and code review feedback. Your practice content may be transmitted to these providers for inference purposes. We contractually require these providers to treat your data with appropriate confidentiality and not use it to train their own models.
- Model improvement: We may use aggregated, de-identified data derived from user interactions to improve our AI systems. We will not use your personally identifiable information for AI training without your explicit opt-in consent.
- No sensitive career data: Our Service is designed for interview skill development. Do not submit confidential employer information, proprietary code, or NDA-protected materials. If you do, we treat it as User Content subject to this Privacy Policy.

- Comply with legal obligations (including tax and financial record requirements).
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

When we no longer need your personal information, we will securely delete or anonymize it. De-identified data may be retained indefinitely for analytical and service improvement purposes.
